UCC 101

Starting Oct. 7 we will be offering a 10 week Sunday School class called UCC101.  This class is essential for UCC newcomers. It will help you get plugged in and give understanding of the basic doctrine to which UCC holds. 

So if you ever wondered “What kind of church is this?”,  here's your opportunity to have all your questions answered.

Dates:   Each Sunday from October 7 to December 9

(unless otherwise noted on the UCC calendar)

Schedule:

9:45 to 10:55 (1.10 hrs per session)

9:45-10: arrive and coffee doughnuts

10:00 – 10:55 lesson

Intro. and overview

Personality profile

Since the church is people we need to learn to get along w/ people. Part of getting along w/ people is learning that people usually act with in their personality and understand that it takes all personalities to make a church work.

Session 2 - 5

What kind of church is this?

Review UCC’s statements of faith explain each statement and brief history of UCC it’s self Start the Bob Russell video Series (Show 9 essentials, heritage of the Christian church, and communion and

baptism)

Hand out the Purpose Driven Life 40 hr fast before week of 10-28 to 11-4-07
